Marketing Manager - Drilling Contractor
Our firm has been selected as a recruitment partner with a best-in-class Drilling Contractor based in Saudi Arabia.
They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and work to drive brand relevance, consistency, and engagement across all touchpoints.
Plan and execute a wide variety of corporate and external communications activities and work closely with teams across and with external agencies.
Developing a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
Creating and executing marketing campaigns including print ads, radio commercials, direct mail campaigns, television commercials, and webinars.
Creating a content marketing strategy that includes blogs or white papers to engage with customers and shareholders or build brand awareness.
Developing strategies and plans to meet company objectives and customer needs.
Evaluating new technologies to determine how they can be used to improve customer experience.
Creating a strategy to attract new customers by identifying potential markets and developing plans to reach them.
Collaborating with other departments to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Developing and maintaining relationships with current customers to retain business and increase branding.
Preparing, writing, and editing corporate and external materials e.g., employee onboarding, client collaterals, company presentations, thought leadership articles, newsletters, press releases, blogs, videos, etc.
Deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational, and commercial growth.
Write and edit compelling copy for marketing collateral, website, email, social media, and other channels.
Create and oversee production of high-quality visuals including photos, videos, infographics, and more
Present ideas and results to corporate and external stakeholders at all levels.
Responsible for the direction, output, and performance of our Public Relation Agency.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business so they understand our positioning and what our brand stands for.
Identify, frame, and bring to life stories that bring our vision to life and strengthen our reputation.
Responsible for employee engagement and internal communications as well as working with the C-suite on their own personal communication tactics.
Take the lead for brand refresh and work to develop a suite of multimedia content to target our audience.
Qualifications and Experience:
BS degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, with 10 + years of experience.
