Division Head Unconventional Sales

Vacancy Information Job Purpose:

  • Develop new accounts and relationships with new and existing clients to proactively identify upcoming opportunities core business. Manage sales and grow revenue of alternative products and services to companies located in shipyard area by prospecting and by building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to promote alternative products to potential customers in the other industries (e.g., energy, general fabrication and services)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to proactively identify needs and promote alternative products.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop effective sales strategies and solutions that meet customers' needs.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and attend industry events to promote the company's alternative products and services.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and account development activities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with companies located in the same physical space as the shipyard to drive sales of alternative products and services.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to promote alternative products and services to potential customers in the shipyard's immediate vicinity.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Professional Qualifications Technical Certifications in the related field.

  • Experience 12 to 14 years of relevant experience
